What is delivery time?
Your order will arrive within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday) after it's been placed for Belgium and the Netherlands. The delivery time for other EU countries is 4 - 6 working days.
You can find a personalised delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address. So if you're wondering where your order is, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24 hours. If (a part of ) your order consist of partner items, the delivery time will deviate from the standard delivery times of Maison Lab items.

Delivery process
The delivery process of Maison Lab takes place by means of the following steps:
Delivery to a pickup point
You can chose to deliver your package to a pickup point of Bpost. You can select this option in the second step of the delivery process. When your package has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive an e-mail from Bpost and from then on you will have 14 days time to pick up your order. If the package hasn't been picked up within these 14 days, it will be send back to Maison Lab.
If it's not a fit, you can return your order within 14 working days after receiving the order.
Return costs are for the costumer.
Attention: By returning your order, the promotional conditions continue to apply. This means that you need to reach the minimum spending amount to be entitled to a discount.
The return process is as following:
1. Fill in the return form. Don't forget your name and order number!
2. Seculery close your package
3. Your return address: Maison Lab- Woudstraat 5 ,3600 Genk (Belgium)

4. After receiving your return, we will inform you by e-mail and refund your order within 14 working days after receiving the package.
